Deposit Policy: $400.00 Required for Monthly and Seasonal Reservations.
Payment in Full required for Daily and Weekly Reservations.
Storage: No new storage available. Management review may be considered.
Refund Policy: If a cancellation is received for a reservation 30 days before the arrival date, we will refund the full amount. 15 days before, 50% refund, less than 15 days before, no refund. No refunds for early departure.
(If an RV is stored on-site and arrival to park has been delayed, the full seasonal monthly rate will be charged for site. If RV is currently stored, deposit will be returned when site is vacated.)

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Campsites: 2 person, 2 car limit per site
All RV Units are to be totally self-contained: There are NO restrooms or shower facilities available.
Check-Out : 11:00AM
Quiet Hours: 10:00PM-8:00AM Loud or boisterous conduct either from RV residents or their guests will not be tolerated.
Pets: Only two (2) pets per site. Animals must be on a leash not longer than six (6) feet at all times. Tying, or otherwise restraining animals outside the residence while unattended is prohibited. We are surrounded by a wildlife preserve. There are panthers, cougars, and other wild animals in the area and we do not want a pet to be taken as food because you didn"t follow this rule. Pets are not allowed in clubhouse, pool area, laundry, recreation area or on any residents' lot site. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation. All animals must conform to Indian River County Animal Control Ordinances. You are required to immediately cleanup after your pet anywhere in the park. Tying or otherwise restraining animals outside the RV while unattended is prohibited. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Great Danes, German Shepherds, and Doberman Pincers are not permitted.
Speed Limit: 10mph throughout park
Laundry: Located beside the office
Garbage: Dumpsters are located in the back of the park. Blue recycle bins are situated throughout the park.
No campfires are permitted!
Pool Rules: Hours are 8:00AM to Dusk. Shower before entering. No food, drink, or glass in pool or on pool deck. No animals in pool or on pool deck. Maximum water temp 84 F. If needed, read pool rules posted in pool area. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
General: RV guests visiting park must register with the office. No items are to be stored outside of the RV unit, with the exception of lawn furniture. The RV residents and guests are permitted to use all of the Park facilities and may attend Park functions. You may access the clubhouse with a code available at the Office. Cable TV, wifi and telephone hookups are available for individual sites through Xfinity for an additional fee. (Wifi is available in the Clubhouse. See office for password.) These connections are the responsibility of the RV residents, not Tanglewood Village. Owners and/or management reserve the right to evict anyone from the premises for detrimental conduct and/or violating any of the above rules, with NO MONIES REFUNDED.
