ATTENTION RVER'S 2025-2026 SUMMER & WINTER SEASON
We have limited space available in March and April, 2025.  Most of the sites will handle smaller rigs in the 20-30 foot range; a few sites may accomodate larger rigs. Call for availability or any other rv related questions.  We will be conducting an audit in April, 2025 to determine available spaces for those wishing to reserve a site for next winter season. We will post the results below by May 1. At that point, all sites available will be offered first come, first served.   Thanks!

All RV sites offer water, sewer, trash, and 30/50 amp electric service. WIFI is available at the clubhouse and available at individual lots through Xfinity for an additional fee. Tow vehicles limited to 6,500 lbs.  We are an age restricted community, one occupant must be 55 years of age. Grand children are welcome to visit, but limited to a 2 week stay. Most pets welcome. Sorry, self contained units only- maximum two vehicles per site.
Many of our grass sites back onto 300 acre nature preserve, you'll get to see lots of our indigenous animals from eagles to the elusive Florida panther. Walk our nature trail, take part in our seasonal activities, or simply relax in our heated pool. Pad sites offer more space with paved RV pad and patio. A one block walk brings you to South Vero Mall with a supermarket, bank, places to eat and a public bus stop. Catch one of Indian River County's free buses to explore the area from the ocean and beach to the Indian River Mall. Retired military? Patrick AFB, VA clinics and transportation are easily accessible.

Only self-contained RV's can be accommodated. We offer no public showers/bathrooms. All sites are full hook-up. Maximum 2 vehicles, 2 occupants per site. Management approval needed for work vehicles and/or extra trailers in the park. Approval, if granted, will only be for a temporary period of time, generally less than two weeks.

Deposit Policy: $400.00 Required for Monthly and Seasonal Reservations.

Payment in Full required for Daily and Weekly Reservations.

Storage: No new storage available.  Management review may be considered.

Refund Policy: If a cancellation is received for a reservation 30 days before the arrival date, we will refund the full amount. 15 days before, 50% refund, less than 15 days before, no refund. No refunds for early departure.

(If an RV is stored on-site and arrival to park has been delayed, the full seasonal monthly rate will be charged for site. If RV is currently stored, deposit will be returned when site is vacated.)

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Campsites: 2 person, 2 car limit per site

All RV Units are to be totally self-contained: There are NO restrooms or shower facilities available.

Check-Out : 11:00AM

Quiet Hours: 10:00PM-8:00AM  Loud or boisterous conduct either from RV residents or their guests will not be tolerated.

Pets: Only two (2) pets per site. Animals must be on a leash not longer than six (6) feet at all times. Tying, or otherwise restraining animals outside the residence while unattended is prohibited. We are surrounded by a wildlife preserve. There are panthers, cougars, and other wild animals in the area and we do not want a pet to be taken as food because you didn"t follow this rule. Pets are not allowed in clubhouse, pool area, laundry, recreation area or on any residents' lot site. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation. All animals must conform to Indian River County Animal Control Ordinances. You are required to immediately cleanup after your pet anywhere in the park. Tying or otherwise restraining animals outside the RV while unattended is prohibited. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Great Danes, German Shepherds, and Doberman Pincers are not permitted.

Speed Limit: 10mph throughout park

Laundry: Located beside the office

Garbage: Dumpsters are located in the back  of the park. Blue recycle bins are situated throughout the park.

No campfires are permitted!

Pool Rules: Hours are 8:00AM to Dusk. Shower before entering. No food, drink, or glass in pool or on pool deck. No animals in pool or on pool deck. Maximum water temp 84 F. If needed, read pool rules posted in pool area. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

General: RV guests visiting park must register with the office. No items are to be stored outside of the RV unit, with the exception of lawn furniture. The RV residents and guests are permitted to use all of the Park facilities and may attend Park functions. You may access the clubhouse with a code available at the Office. Cable TV, wifi and telephone hookups are available for individual sites through Xfinity for an additional fee. (Wifi is available in the Clubhouse. See office for password.) These connections are the responsibility of the RV residents, not Tanglewood Village. Owners and/or management reserve the right to evict anyone from the premises for detrimental conduct and/or violating any of the above rules, with NO MONIES REFUNDED.
